My out-of-town boyfriend wanted to surprise me with flowers for Valentine's Day, so he went to the trouble of looking up and calling my "local florist". He was treated quite rudely, was told there was an additional fee because of the holiday (I literally live 5 blocks away), and he wanted them to be a complete surprise which they refused to accommodate. Told him they HAD to call me first. To top it off, they didnt provide flower food, and these expensive roses never opened fully - barely lasted 4 days. This was a completely negative experience.

I ordered flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I did this the day before our anniversary. When I ordered these online, I was given a confirmation of when the flowers would be delivered. Well, they delivered the flowers the day before the confirmation. I called the place to "fix" the problem. They offered to pick up the flowers today, and deliver a new set tomorrow. Totally unacceptable! They should have offered to at least refund the service fee and delivery fee, as they screwed both of those up. Totally ruined my surprise! And had the nerve to tell me that I was hostile over a simple mistake! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
