March 29, 2016: I locked my keys in my car at a gas station. As I was beginning to figure out how to problem solve through this situation Barry of "Barry and Nick Bussell 1-96 Towing and Repair" asked if I needed any help. I replied, "Yes, Please!" Barry said, "You're the lucky person! I do one free thing for someone every day--whether it's helping them with car troubles, buying them McDonald's, or paying for their gas." He then proceeded to unlock my car and retrieve my keys for free! Not only did Barry help me out of a problem situation, his kind actions encouraged me to do something kind and free for someone else each day. Such a genuine, helpful man! I'd HIGHLY recommend them!
Service guy had 41 years experience and was courteous and efficient. I'd give him 5 stars....but....their office personnel needs canned! He is ruining their business! Needed warranty info sent to ammarillo because the part failed. He refused to do it then started dropping the "F" bombs when i asked to speak with his supervisor. My road breakdown department supervisor called him and he was rude to him! I'm an independent and work through my road breakdown for discounts. Total assh*le! As a company we wont use them again. This jerk could put them out of business.
Let me start off by saying that Barry Bussell is an awful human being. I have never seen someone so rude and unprofessional in my entire life. I was at the harbor freight on Saginaw on 4/17 and was standing behind none other than the owner of this mediocre establishment. I then proceeded to witness a grown man not only insult the cashier but other customers as well, mocking an employees weight, stating "she was probably in the back eating another donut, fat b****". Not even that, but while he was in line he called the store to talk to a manager in the back only to tell them they needed another cashier up front while shouting the entire time, while in his own uniform with his company truck. I was absolutely appalled that someone would do something like that in the first place , but simultaneously representing their OWN BUSINESS! I see why he thinks that he's an owner so he can't be touched, I will be damn sure all my colleagues avoid this place like the plague. Screw I96 towing and repair. 0 stars, absolute garbage.
Clear communication and honesty. When a car or truck breaks down it is always good to find someone you can trust.
I called this guy on a Saturday he didn't have a truck available but came to the rescue in his personal car to help me get my keys out that got locked in my car. He was there sooner than the time he told me and thank goodness cuz it started to rain and I had my baby!
